The Evaluation of OLYMPUS AU2700 Automatic Biochemical Analyzer

Abstract

Objective To use and evaluate OLYMPUS AU2700 automatic biochemical analyzer.Methods Using OLYMPUS AU2700 automatic biochemical analyzer, we make the test of repeatability, linearity and cross contamination rate etc.Furthermore, we compare the operating situation of one OLYMPUS AU2700 with another.Results All the CV of repeatability test are less than 3%.The results of linearity test show linear correlation(F0.9995).And the average of linearity rate is 0.14%.The stability of OLYMPUS AU2700 and homogeneity of cuvette are ex-cellent.Using two OLYMPUS AU2700 to test the same sample,the results of both are very similar.Conclusion OLYMPUS AU2700 automatic biochemical analyzer has the virtue of good repeatability,linearity and low cross contamination rate.It can suit for clinical demand of hospital.It is re-commendable to use it.
