Abstract
Objective To study the expression of nm23-H1 and PCNA in the metastasis of cervical carcinoma. Methods The expression of nm23-H1,PCNA in 47 cases cervical carcinoma was studied with SP immunohistochemcal technique. Results In cervical carcinoma, the positive nm23-H1 and PCNA,were 51.06%and 65.96%.The nm23-H1 in squamous cell carcinoma was 43.3%,adenocarcinoma was 64.7%.The positive in squamous cell carcinoma without metasis of lymph node was 62.5%(10/16),metastasis of lymph node was 21.4%(3/14)(P0.001).The nm23-H1 expression level was inversely correlated with lymph node in squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion The expression of nm23-H1 and PCNA may be the reliable indicators to judge the prognosis of cervical carcinoma.
