Abstract
Objective:The purpose is to study the expression of nm23-H1,PCNA and CD15 in cervix carcinoma.Methods The expression of nm23-H1,PCNA and CD15 in 47 cases human cervix carcinoma was studied with SP immunohistochemical technique.Results In human cervix carcinoma,the positive expression of nm23-H1,PCNA and CD15 was 51.06%、65.96% and 51.06%.The nm23-H1 in squamous cell carcinoma was 43.33%,adenocarcinoma 64.7%.The positive in squamous cell carcinoma without metastasis of lymph node was 62.5%(10/16),metustusis of lymph node was 21.4%(3/14),(p0.001).The nm23-H1 expression level was inversely correlated with lymph node metastasis in squamous cell carcinoma.The positive expression of PCNA in lymph node metastasis was 82.6%(19/23)and non-metastasis was 54.16%(p0.001).It was 88.88%(8/9) in the low differentiation carcinoma.It was 43.75%(7/16) hight differentiation carcinoma(p0.001).Conclusions:The expression of nm23-H1,PCNA and CD15 may be useful to evaluate the prognosis of cervix carcinoma.
