Shenlingshanxiao decoction on treatment of chronic gastritis with weakness of spleen and stomach

Objective To research the clinical efficacy of Shenlingshanxiao decoction on the treatment of chronic gastritis with weakness of spleen and stomach. Methods The 105 cases of patients with chronic gastritis of weakness of spleen and stomach from were randomly divided into an treatment group and a control group. The treatment group was60 cases and was treated by Shenlingshanxiao decoction. The control group was 45 cases and was treated by Ranitidine. Results After treatment,the efficiency of the treatment group was 95. 0%,and the efficiency of the control group was 88. 9%( P 0. 05). But the significant efficiency of the treatment group was 58. 3%,which was significantly higher than the control group's 17. 8%( P 0. 05). The treatment group was 3. 3% incidence of adverse reactions,less than 17. 8% in the control group( P 0. 05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Shenlingshanxiao decoction on the treatment of chronic gastritis of weakness of spleen and stomach can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the clinical symptoms.
