The practice on nursing staff hierarchical management in clinical nursing management

Objectives:To evaluate the effectiveness of nursing staff hierarchical management in clinical nursing management. Methods: The hierarchical management of nurses system including head nurse-charge nurse-assistant nurse-nurse aids was implemented. And reform the nursing schedule. In order to make full use of the potentiality of nursing resources and put all the nursing procedures in the effect. Results: This practice ensured the continuity and system of nursing care, harmonized nurse-patients relationship, increased patients’satisfaction and improved the quality of nursing. Conclusions: Practice of hierarchical management of nurses can make full use of nursing resources and achieve optimum objectives of nursing management.
