The study of the effect of nurse layer classification management mode for improving the quality of nursing management

Objective To analyze the value on clinical application of nurse layer classification management mode for improving the quality of nursing management, so as to effectively optimize human resources allocation in our hospital, and improve the quality of nursing in our hospital.Methods A total of 68 nursing staff of five units were selected and clinical application value of nurse layer classification man-agement mode was analyzed, according to years of work, ability, education all nursing staff of 5 wards were divided into the head nurses, group leaders, higher-level duty nurses and primary responsibility nurse.All levels of nurse were trained, the responsibilities of each staff were clarified, wages and benefits and the layers of the nurse working mode, daily routine nursing, amount of work, oneself and patients＇sat-isfaction and the details of records of the master degree of the patients＇condition of relevant personnel of every layer were in the form of ques-tionnaire, the questionnaire results were compared with before implementing hierarchical level management mode.Results Overall care, ward management, basic nursing, nursing document, nursing error times were implemented for the nursing staff of hierarchical level manage-ment mode, nursing staff oneself and patents＇satisfaction, the skills of nurse operation and the master degree of illness to the patients were significant improved （P〈0.05）.Conclusions Layer classification management mode can deploy the human resource, improve the work efficiency, and ensure the safety of patients .
