Application of the hierarchical management in clinical nursing management effect

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of application of hierarchical management in clinical nursing management. Methods Fifty nursing staff were selected in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2012, used a hierarchical model of management, the control group with the same collection was not implemented in 50 nursing staff management for compared. Results The nursing management and satisfaction in the observation group were superior to the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion The hierarchical management can ensure the quality of nursing in clinical nursing management.
