Research Summary on Land Consolidation of Rural Residential Areas

[Objective] The aim was to analyze the emphasis and trend of domestic research about land consolidation of rural residential areas.[Method] Comparative Method of Literature Data was adopted in this paper.[Result] The researches of rural residential areas at present were mainly about the driving forces,potential,modes and benefits of land consolidation.[Conclusion] Potential study of rural residential areas consolidation should be combined with other land consolidation fields such as cultivated land consolidation,which could lead to a more systematic and accurate calculating method for land consolidation potential of rural residential areas.The innovation of consolidation modes should be pushed so as to promote the sustaining and healthy development of rural residential areas consolidation,and ensure the realization of the consolidation goals.
