Evaluation of Consolidation Scheduling of Rural:A Case Study of Hepu County Residential Areas,Baihai City

Rural residential land consolidation is a hot issue in land comprehensive consolidation planning.In order to improve the implementation and provide scientific arrangement for the scheduling of rural residential land consolidation,this paper establishes two index systems:evaluation index system of natural potential and evaluation index system of potential stress release,with Hepu County as a case,for the research of consolidation scheduling of rural residential areas.The results indicate that the established evaluation index systems include most of the impact factors in rural residential area consolidation,and provide scientific references for land consolidation planning and the consolidation project arrangements of rural residential areas,and that in the rural residential areas of Hepu County,the consolidation areas of near-term,mid-term and long-term are respectively 6 466.59 hm2,3 436.31 hm2,6 019.54 hm2.The paper ends with a guidance for consolidation according to the features of rural residential areas in different periods.
