The Land Consolidation System of Rural Residential Areas Based on the Target Constraint of Land Use Planning

The land consolidation of rural residential areas is one of the most important parts in new countryside construction.In view of the question of loose relationship between land consolidation and land use planning,this paper analyzes the comprehensive contents of land consolidation of rural residential areas including spatial system,objective system and evaluation system.According to the analysis of spatial evolution orientations and spatial consolidation patterns,the targets of replenishing arable land and intensive utilization,the objective of plus and minus hook between urban and rural construction land,the evolution of land consolidation potential and land consolidation benefit,we illustrate that the land consolidation system is a multi-tiered structural system and it should emphasize the unity of quantification and qualification to enrich its intension by practice.The conclusion is that it is meaningful to study the land consolidation system of rural residential areas.
