Effect analysis of treating ectopic pregnancy by methotrexate combined with mifepristone and sigle methotrexate

Objective To analyze comparison of methotrexate combined with mifepristone and methotrexate treatment of ectopic pregnancy with the effect and side reaction.Methods A retrospective analysis with conservative treatment conditions,using a simple MTX(n=32)and MTX combined with mifepristone(34 cases) in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy patient data,comparison group 2success rate,serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)decreased to normal time and adverse reaction occurred condition.Results The treatment consisting of power,serum human chorionic gonadotropin(βHCG)decreased to normal time were 91.2% and(12.3±1.2)days.Control power,composed ofβ-HCG in blood decreased to normal time were 81.3% and(21.6±1.7)days.There were significant differences between the 2 groups(P 0.05).Conclusion MTX combined with mifepristone in treatment of ectopic pregnancy with good curative effect,quick recovery,better than using MTX alone,it is worthy of clinical application.
