Abstract

[Objective] To investigate the curative effect on the non- operative treatment for oviduct ectopic pregnancy by methotrexate combined with mifepristone. [Methods] All the cases with ectopic pregnancy were randomly divided into three groups: treatment group(Ⅰ)that treated by combined mifepristone and methotrexate, control group (Ⅱ) treated by methotrexate (MTX ), and the other control group(Ⅲ): the cases treated by traditional conservation surgery. [Results] The treatment of MTX combined with mifepristone on ectopic pregnancy acted faster and reached higher cure rate than that of group(Ⅱ). It exceeded that of group(Ⅲ) in relieving the body pain of cases, reducing the impact on bearing. [Conclusions] It is definite effective, convenient and economic to treat ectopic pregnancy by MTX combined with mifepristone. It associated with little side effect, which can protect the physiology of the oviduct bearing to the maximum extent.
