Abstract
The determination of Mg,Ca,Al,Cr,Cu, Zn,Pb, Ni, Li, Na, K,Cd,Sr,Ba,V,Mn,Fe and Co 18 kinds of trace elements of Chinese herb Angelica Sinensis by using ICP AES was presented in this article. And comparison between the results of the method of dry ashing and wet method was made. The dry method was that Angelica Sinensis was digested with mixed acid ( w (HNO 3)∶ w (HCl)=3∶1) after being ashed at 650 ℃ .On the contrast the wet method was to digest sample with mixed acid ( w (HNO 3)∶ w (HCl)=1∶1)directly .The results showed that ICP AES method was characterized with simple, fast, and high accuracy for both dry and wet treating methods. And the recovery ratio in standard addition is from 86% to 106%.
