Abstract

Under the background of normal school education transforming to teacher education,the teacher education system for vocational schools should be an half-close and half-open system that takes vocational and technical teachers' college as the core,participated by other higher education institutions and linkage of cultivation and training.Therefore,in order to adapt to the transformation of open teaching staff cultivation and build the open cultivation system for vocational and technical school teachers,the characteristics of teaching staff cultivation of vocational and technical teachers' college should be fully exerted and their advantages and unique functions should be fully recognized.
