Review of the Development of Vocational and Technical Teachers' Colleges and the Enlightenments

Through reviewing on the development history of vocational and technical teachers' colleges in 50 years,the article put forward that,the construction of vocational and technical teachers' college is important composition of vigorously developing vocational education strategy of central government and the State department as well as material measure for carrying out the strategy.Summarizing the school-running practices of vocational and technical teachers' colleges in 30 years,the article put forward the vocational education teacher cultivation model ofimplementing dual-qualification system and cultivating integrated teaching staffthat suitable for China national state,which point development road for cultivation of vocational school teachers.Under the new position,China should further strengthen the construction of vocational and technical teachers' colleges and the cultivation of eligible vocational education teachers,etc.
