A Research on Higher Vocational Teachers' Team Cultivation under the Views of Education Quality Improvement

Education is very important,and teachers are for the first.At present,under the background of improving education quality,strengthening teachers' cultivation is the basis and premise of vocational education.This article analyzes the present condition of our country's vocational teachers,and puts forward the specific methods of strengthening vocational teachers' cultivation from the government,vocational college and enterprise,and the teachers themselves.
