Comparative Study of Buflomedil and Fufang Danshen in Treating Cerebra Infarction

Abstract

Objective To study the therapeutic effects of buflomedil-a new vasomotor of multiple pharmacological function in treating cerebral infarction.Methods 120 patients with cerebral infraction were treated with buflomedil through intravenous injection for 14 day,and the control group was treated with fufangdanshen.The changes in total score of neurological functional damage were observed before and after treatment.Results The total clinical effective rate in patients treated with buflomedil was 84.2% higher than those of control group(68.6% P0.05).Conclusion The result suggests that buflomedil is a safe and effective drug in treating patients with cerebral infarction.
