Abstract
Objective To study the therapeutic effects of buflomedil—a new vasomotor of multiple pharmacological function in treating cerebral infarction. Methods Thirty-seven patients with cerebral infarction treated with buflomedil through intravenous injection for 14 days, and the control group was treated with fufang-danshen. The changes in total score of neurological functional damage were observed and the hemorheology was surveyed in the patients before and after treatment. Results The total clinical effective rate and remarkable effective rate in patients treated with buflomedil were 89.2%,72.9%,respectively,greater than those of control ( 74.3%,54.3%,respectively )(P0.05). Conclusions The result suggest that buflomedil is a safe and effective drug in treating patients with cerebral infarction.
