Clinical and Blood Dynamic Study of Buflomedil vs Dancen in Treating Cerebral Infarction

Abstract

Objective To compare buflomedil (Buf) vs Dancen in treating cerebral infarction.Methods Fifty patients with cerebral infarction were treated with Buflomedil Hydrochloride injection 250ml (100mg),iv drip,qd for 14d.other 50 patients were treated with Dancen injection 250mL,iv drip,qd for 14d. Results Buflomedil group yielded a total response rate 92% and regression 62%,which were higher than those of Dancen group 64 %and 30%(P0.05) respectively.Buflomedil also improved brain circulation dynamics (P0.01),and adverse reaction was mild.Conclusion Buflomedil is better than Dancen in treating cerebral infarction.
