Balanced Development of Junior High Schools of Urban and Rural in Henan Province

By the way of documentation,questionnaire survey,interview,mathematical statistics,and so on,investigating the balanced development of physical education in the junior high schools of urban and rural in Henan Province,which is to find accurate foothold for the development of PE in the rural,and narrow the gap of the physical education between the urban and the rural.The results show that the reasons affecting junior high schools of urban and rural in Henan Province are the imperfect of system and evaluation system,the unbalance of funds,relevant persons in charge not attaching importance,the unbalance of comprehensive quality of teachers,short of the field and equipment,lack of communication between urban and rural teachers,and the changing work on PE teacher.Analyzing the reasons above and giving some methods to solve problems for the balanced development of PE between urban and rural in Henan Province.
