The Research on the Ways of Carrying Out Farmland Development Rights in Land Management Practices

Abstract

The paper aims to explore meaning, construction of farmland development rights. The results indicate that it is the very right time to construct rural land development rights in China. In curent land management practices, there are four ways of carrying out farmland development rights. In fact, farmland development rights must be an elastic method of land policy's participation in macro-control and play important roles in implement of land policy such as Land Expropriation System, Land Planning etc.
