Abstract
Government and market are two basic systems of modern society. Government and market are not been replaced each other, but with both organic, coordination and balance. Under the conditions of the socialist market economy, We must uphold the Marxist dialectical unity of the political and economic outlook as the guiding principles, adhere to based on practical principles of the objective reality of Chinese society, economy and politics, and, regard benign interaction of the government, the market and civil society as the plinciples of value, to guide the theoretical study and practical exploration of the socialist government and the market ,to be a balanced development path of government and the market with Chinese characteristics.
