Abstract

The development plasma levels of PGE2 in chicken with nutritional en cephalomalacia(NE)were measured by RIA. The results showed that the plasma level of PGE2 in ataxic chicks were significantly higher than that of healthy ones. T he data suggest that immunological function of chicken with nutritional encephal omal- acia reduce.
