On the Establishment and Realization Approach of the Principle of Fair Distribution

Economic activities call for the improvement of efficiency,which is necessary for the of benefit distribution.Based on the fact that the principle of Efficiency first,also considering fairness has brought about a big gap in income,the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) puts forward the principle of fair distribution: A proper balance will be struck between efficiency and equity in both primary distribution and redistribution,with particular emphasis on equity in redistribution. To promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society,it is necessary to choose a right way for the realization of fair distribution.
