Is "Giving Priority to Efficiency with due Consideration to Fairness" Out-of-Date

The author points out that the principle of priority to with due consideration to is the summary of historical experiences since the founding of New China,an important component of our policies and principles,the remedy of heavy stress in fair distribution in the light of planned economy,and a better reflection of the basic viewpoints of Marxism and Lenin Thought.The author puts forward that priority to with due consideration to means that we should give priority to the development of productivity,to the pursuit of efficiency,and rationally distributing income on the premise of giving priority to will lead to the promotion of production;giving priority to efficiency does not mean that fairness is meaningless,but it does not have the same position as has;the fundamental mission of socialism is to develop productive forces,and this guidance can not be changed,so,the principle of priority to with due consideration to can not be changed,either;narrowing income disparities and constructing a fair,just and rational income distribution system should be combined with reconstruction,reality and deepening reform.
