Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of recurrent dacryocystitis treatment with dacryocystorhinotomy under nasal endoscope. Methods The clinical data of 48 patients with recurrent dacryocystitis treatment with dacryocystorhinotomy under nasal endoscope were retrospective analyzed. All patients were followed for six months to two years, and the curative effect was observed. Results Forty-five cases of overflow tears symptoms were completely disappeared in 48 patients. The success rate of surgery was 93.8%. Conclusion Dacryocystorhinotomy under nasal endoscope for treatment of recurrent dacryocystitis has little injury, can be used as the preferred method for treatment of this disease.
