Abstract

Objective To investigate the Operation method andclinical efficacy of dacryocystorhinosomy with nasal endoscope for the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.Methods Dacryocystorhinosomy with nasal endoscope for the treatment of 62 cases(78) of chronic dacryocystitis,the patients were followedup for 6～24 months to observe surgery.Results The results of 78 eyesis 69 cured,8 improved,an invalid,98.72% efficiency.Conclusion Dacryocystorhinosomy with nasal endoscope effective in the treatment of chronic dacryocystitis.
