Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and safety evaluation of Kangfuxin liquid on anal fistula healing and to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: 130 cases of fistula patients based on a random number table were randomized into treatment group( n = 65) and control group( n = 65). The treatment group received a new liquid medicine rehabilitation therapy and the control group was given potassium permanganate solution. Comparative analysis of the clinical efficacy of two groups of patients 1 d,3 d,5 d,7 d and 14 d after operation, the pain score, the wound area, wound healing time and hospital stay were carried out. Results: After treatment, the treatment group's total efficiency( 95. 83%) was significantly higher than that of control group( 81. 54%) and there was a significant difference. In treatment group 3 d,5 d,7 d after operation,VAS scores were significantly lower than that of the control group and there was a significant difference( P 0. 05). In treatment group 7 d and 14 d after operation, the first wound area was significantly less than that of the control group and there was a significant difference( P 0. 05). After treatment, healing time and hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of the control group and there was a significant difference( P 0. 05). There was no obvious adverse reaction after treatment. Conclusion: Kangfuxin liquid on anal fistula healing has obvious clinical effect. It can shorten healing time and reduce pain with no significant adverse reactions. It is safe and reliable and has important clinical research value. It should be widely applied.
