Effects of Nebulized Budesonide combined with Terbutaline and Ipratropine in patients with AECOPD

Objective To discuss the efficacy of Nebulized Budesonide suspension combined with Terbutaline and Ipratropine in treatment of patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD).Methods Eighty patients with AECOPD were divided into two groups,with 40 in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,while those in the treatment group received Budesonide 2 mg,Terbutaline 5mg plus Ipratropine 0.25 mg,3 times a day.Results After treatment,there were significant differences in arterial oxygenation(PaO2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),first-second forced expiratory volume(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)(P0.05) among the two groups.The effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Nebulized Budesonide suspension combined with Terbutaline and Ipratropine can improve airflow in AECOPD patients,and improve the pulmonary function and arterial blood gas.
