Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nebulized terbutaline sulfate, budesonide and ambroxol hydrochloride in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)and clinical application value. Methods:Ninety patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 45 cases in each group. The control group received routine therapy combined with terbutaline sulfate aerosol inhalation;the treatment group on the basis of conventional therapy plus terbutaline sulfate and budesonide suspension and ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid combined with inhalation, terbutaline sulfate and budesonide suspension, ambroxol hydrochloride oral liquid two times a day after hyperbaric oxygen drive atomization. The treatment duration is 5 to 7 days.Comparison of two groups of patients before treatment, after the arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_2),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_2),arterial oxygen saturation(SaO_2),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_1) and FEV_1/FVC[(the ratio of FEV_1 and Forced vital capacity(FVC)).Results:After 10 d,all indexes had significant changes(P0.05),and the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is better than that of control group(P0.05).Conclusion:The combination of inhaled terbutaline sulfate, budesonide and ambroxol treatment can preferably improve the lung function in patients with AECOPD.
