Abstract

Objective:By means of caculating TG/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C ratios,to describe the distribution in crowds and evaluate the correlation in CHD patients.Methods:TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C blood serum of 199 CHD patients and 189 healthy cases were measured by fully-automatic-biochemical analysis device(OLYMPUS2700);the ratios of TG/HDL-C and LDL-C /HDL-C were calculated. Results:Compared with the normal cases, the data of CHD cases were significantly higher at the ratios of TG/HDL-C and LDL-C/HDL-C,as well as 2.24±0.41mmol/L and 1.48±0.49mmol/L.There was significant difference of some indicators between the normal and CHD groups(p0.01).Conclusion:The ratios of TG/HDL-C and LDL -C/HDL-C may be applied to predict CHD and screen high risk crowd. And it may be helpful to proceed early protected measures to prevent occurrence and development of CHD.
