Research on Correlation between Producer Services and Manufacturing——Analysis Based on Industrial Agglomeration

Abstract

According to the time series data of our nation's producer services and manufacturing from 2003 to 2009,this paper measures the industrial agglomeration with Herfindahl-Hirschman index and EG index and analyzes the correlation between two industries.The result shows that our nation's industrial cluster degree between producer service and manufacturing still has correlation from 2003 to 2009,and industrial agglomeration has equalization trend from the whole perspective
