Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of lactoferrin on proliferation of the cultured SKOV3 cells in vitro. Methods:To cultivate SKOV3,HO-8910,HO-8910PM cells in vitro.. MTT assay were used to evaluate the growth inhibition effect of lactoferrin on SKOV3.Results:Lactoferrin significantly inhibited the proliferation of three cells in a dose-dependent manner, the inhibitor rate of SKOV3 was 40.95%,62.03%,72.63% in different concentration, respectively, but had no obvious inhibition on the control cells. Conclusion:Lactoferrin can effectively inhibit the proliferation of Ovary cancer cells, and lay a foundation for exploitation of a new chemistry agent.
