Importance of Deliberative Democracy to China's Ploitical Development

Abstract

Deliberative democracy theory is the latest development of democratic theory,not a negation of the existing democracy theory,but a xupplement and development to social changes.This paper tries to analyze,in the version of the deliberative democracy,the deliberative gene in Chinese political system and the external demand of the deliberative democracy under the current social development.It suggests Chineses democratic system and operational mechanism be adjusted and improved with the value of deliberative democracy.
