Chinese Medicine Treatment of Gastritis in Helicobacter Pylori Infection Randomized Controlled Clinical Study

[Objective]To study medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori gastritis clinical efficacy.[Methods]To my courtyard in 2009 January to 2011 December treated 83 cases of Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with gastritis as the object of study,the patients were randomly divided into two groups,41 cases in the control group,the use of Western medicine treatment;42 cases in observation group,the use of Chinese medicine treatment.Two groups of patients after 4 weeks of gastroscope and HP were recorded before and after treatment,changes of symptoms,adverse reactions,healing of the lesion and HP eradication situation.And the data were statistically analyzed.[Results]The observation group and the control group HP eradication rates were 90.48% and 73.17%.The observation group and the control group of adverse reaction rates were 14.29% and 34.15%.[Conclusion]Chinese medicine in Helicobacter pylori gastritis treated with HP eradicate rate is higher,the rate of adverse reactions is low advantage,suitable for clinical application.
