The Study on Exploring the Status and Traits of Job Burnout of Middle School Teachers in Hebei Province

Objective:The study has examined the status and traits of school teachers in Hebei Province.Methods:513 school teachers were asked to complete the job burnout scale(MBI).Results:(1)the level of school teachers' job burnout in HeBei province was not serious,the level of emotional exhaustion was high;(2)the development of three elements of burnout is a tendency of low in two sides,high in the middle with their teacher ages;(3)senior high school teachers feel much more burnout than junior high school teachers;(4) junior high school teachers with 5-14 teaching years and 15 teaching years feel much more burnout than junior high school teachers with 0-4 teaching years.Conclusion:The school teachers' burnout is not serious on the whole,but the level of emotional exhaustion was high;senior high school teachers and the school teachers with teaching years of 5-14 feel much more burnout,so they need more attention of society.
