The Study of the Burnout Situation of the Middle School PE Teachers in Zhaotong City.

The investigation of burnout of the PE teachers at middle school in Zhaotong shows : on the whole it is not very serious;male teachers show higher level of job burnout than female ones;rural teachers show higher degree of burnout than urban teachers;the senior teachers have more serious burnout;teachers of different ages reveal great difference in jov burnout,so do the teachers teaching different anount of lessons;the most serious burnout appears among the teachers from 36 to 40 years old and the teachers with 13 to 15 classes per week.
