Abstract
Objective To observe the different effects of traditional Ziyin Huoxue Jiedu decoction and its ultra-micro pieces decoction on the serum contents of IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-α in rats.Methods 25 rats were randomly divided into the sham-operated,model,traditional Ziyin Huoxue Jiedu decoction(TZHJD),ultra-micro pieces Ziyin Huoxue Jiedu decoction(UZHJD) and Argatroban Injection(AI) groups,5 rats per group.The models were reproduced by occluded middle cerebral artery.The neurological function were evaluated.After modeling 7 days,the cerebral infarct range was determined by TTC,the cerebral infarct area was analyzied by Motic Med6.0 digital image analysis system,and the serum content of IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-α were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)methods.Results Compared with model group,infarct volum ratio in all the TZHJC,UZHJD and AI groups were lower(P0.01),the content of IL-1β,L-8 and TNF-α in the model group was much higher than that in the sham-operated group(P0.01),while the contents of IL-1β,IL-8 and TNF-α in all the TZHJC,UZHJD and AI groups were lower than that in the model group(P0.01).Conclusion Zinyin Huoxue Jiedu decoction is effective to reduce cerebral infarct size,restrain inflammatory factor expression,and reduce the cerebral injury caused by cerebral ischemia.
