Abstract
Objective To summarize completely thoracoscopic sympathectomy with single port in treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis.Methods Retrospective analysis the clinical data in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 which completely thoracoscopic sympathectomy with single port in treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis.Results The procedure was completed successful in all 6 patients without leading to compensatory hyperhidrosis,arrhythmias,Homer syndrome and other complications,the palm temperature increased 1℃-3 ℃,the hands obviously from wet to dry.Conclusion Completely thoracoscopic sympathectomy with single port is a minimally invasive treatment of palmar hyperhidrosis,a safty and effectivly method.
