Research on Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Formula Regulating Immune Fucntion of Renal Cell Carcinoma Mice

Abstract

Objective: To observe the immune effect of Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Formula on mice renal carcinoma. Methods:The mice were classed into three groups. The first group was treated with physiological saline,the second was treated with5-FU,and the third was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Formula. The percentages of CD+4T cell and CD+8T cell were measured by performing flow cytometry. In addition,IFN-γ in sera of the tumor-bearing mice were assayed with indirect enzyme-linked immuno-absordent assay( ELISA). Results: The result of the percentage of CD+4T cell,CD+8T cell and the relative value of CD+4/ CD+8showed that there was significant difference between the Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Formula group and the control group. Immunization of mice with Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Formula could increase the production of IFN-γ. Conclusion: Yiqi Huoxue Jiedu Formula could induce strong Th1 immune response and elicit significant anti-bladder tumor effect.
