Abstract

Ultrasonic extraction technology, integrated with propyl-alcohol and ammonium sulfate aqueous two-phase separation was used to extract general flavonoids from Eclipta alba. The optimum extraction conditions from single-factor experiment were: the amount of ammonium sulfate was 12 %(W %);propyl-alcohol occupied 50 %;mass and liquidratio was 1∶30 and ultrasonic extraction was 30min.Then,the average yield of general flavonoids was 4.22 %,which was better than that from heating reflux extraction.
