Abstract
Objective To explore the method for determining melamine migration quantity in simulation of liquid water of melamine wares by high performance liquid chromatography( HPLC) so as to provide technical means for monitoring the melamine migration quantity in melamine wares. Methods The samples of melamine tableware, which were collected from traditional markets and supermarkets, were extracted with 4% acetic acid aqueous solution for 2 h,using mixture of ion reagent( 10 mmol / L sodium 1-octanesulfonate-10 mmol / L citric acid) and acetonitrile( 85∶15,V / V) as mobile phase, and then separated with a C18column( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),and detected at 236. 0 nm by diode array detector to retain the qualitative time and peak area quantification. Results The melamine in the simulant liquid water of melamine tableware showed good linearity( r =0. 999 8) in the range of 0. 25 mg / L-10. 00 mg / L. The detection limit was 0. 05 mg / L,whose tagged recovery rate was between93. 9%-99. 8%,and the repeated determined relative standard deviation( RSD) were less than 1. 0%. Conclusion This method is fast, simple and accurate, which can be used to determine the migration quantity melamine in simulation of liquid water of melamine wares and is also applicable for the batch monitoring of determining melamine migration quantity in melamine wares.
