Abstract
Objective To investgate the protective effect of Ulinastatin combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of human hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods Sixty patients underwent liver resection surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The study group includes 32 patients received Ulinastatin combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate, and the other 28 patients received only Ulinastatin were treated as the control group. The ALT,AST,plasma malondialdehyde(MDA) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) levels were collected preoperatively and 1 d,3 d and 7 d postoeratively in both groups. Results No significant differences were found in the ALT,AST,MDA and SOD levels preoperatively between the two groups.Compared with control group, the study group showed significantly ALT,AST,MDA and SOD levels decreased postoperative 1 d,3 d and 7 d(P0.05 for each group). Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with Magnesium Isoglycyrrhizinate have an synergistic effect to treat human hepatic ischemia-reperfusion injury.
