Abstract
By using simulation software Adams and Ansys, not noly the dynamic simulation model was established in short current interrupting process, but also the whole process of simulation from storage energy to closing, interrupting and movable contact bounce was achieved.Using the assembly model of air circuit breaker in UG,the simulation model was established in the Adams, and then the simulation and experimental results were compared in no-load conditions.Electro-dynamic force of the movable contact was taking into account in short-circuit conditions.Using the form of two-dimensional table, the dynamic characteristics simulation of operation mechanisms was achieved in short-circuit conditions. The simulation results showed that the simulation model was correct, which could be as a reference for analyzation and research on circuit breaker.
