Abstract
In order to select salt tolerance breeding materials,and to find out physiological mechanism of salt tolerance in jujube,salt injury index of leaf,permeability of cell membrane,MDA content,soluble protein content and proline content in leaf were determined under different NaCl mass fractions conditions,taking Zhanhuadongzao,Shankang NO.1,Bianhesuan and Qiyuexian as materials.The results showed that with NaCl mass fraction increased and treatment time prolonged,salt injury index of leaf was increased;MDA,soluble protein,and proline contents rose,and permeability of cell membrane was strengthened,with NaCl mass fraction increased.The results of determining the indexes indicated that Qiyuexian has the highest salt-tolerance ability in the four cultivars.
