Abstract
Five kinds of grape rootstocks with different salt tolerance were treated with different NaCl contents under solution culture in order to investigate the changes of MDA and proline(Pro) contents in the leafs.The results showed as follows: there were differences in the changes of MDA and Pro among the tested varieties,MDA content maintained a relatively stable level in the high salt-tolerant ZM01-1 but changed significantly in the other stocks under different salt contents,so the stability of MDA content under NaCl stress could be considered as an indicator for salt tolerance of grapevine;the Pro content waved obviously among the tested materials under different salt contents and was not suitable to be an index of salt tolerance.
