Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment on PDR.Methods:57 cases with PDR were divided into observation group and control group randomly.On the basic of controlling diet,reasonable exercises and controlling blood sugar,calcium dobesilate capsule and Mingmu Dihuang Pill were given;and the cases can be classified into syndrome of both deficiency of qi and yin;syndrome of yin deficiency and dryness-heat and syndrome of deficiency of spleen and kidney according to TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment.Result:The treatment lasted six months.The total effective rate of observation group was 86.2%,and the control group was 60.7%(P0.05).Conclusion:TCM has its advantages and characteristics and is worthy of clinic application.
