Dialectical Classification Treatment of Kidney Empty,Kidney Yin Deficiency Syndrome Efficacy Analysis of 60 Cases

Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment with the method of dialectical classification kidney empty,kidney Yin deficiency out of the 60 cases of clinical curative effect.Method:The author's hospital internal medicine were diagnosed with asthma syndrome(kidney deficiency,kidney Yin deficiency) of 120 patients according to the doctor's order is divided into the treatment group and control group,60 cases,including kidney empty,kidney Yin deficiency of the treatment group,30 cases in the control group in patients with symptomatic treatment,the treatment group patients according to the dialectical differentiation treatment,2 weeks after treatment compared the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Result:The treatment group effective 58 cases,the total effective rate was 96.7%,the control group treatment of 56 patients effectively,the total effective rate was 93.3%,two groups total effective comparison difference has no statistical significance(P0.05),treatment group symptoms improved average 5.6 days,the time needed for the control group on average 8.7 days,the more similar between the two groups was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The syndrome differentiation and treatment of asthma treatment has a good therapeutic effect,clinical efficacy,is worthy to be popularized.
