Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to study how land registration may conform to the requirements of the property law regarding real property registration before the registration term.Comparative analysis was employed for the study.Results indicate that a land registration system based on provincial or municipal units shall be established,the area of self-evidencing land registration shall be extended,and measures for land registration such as building up land registration institutions shall be made.
