Suggestions on Perfecting the Legal System of Land Registration in China

On the viewpoint of generalized legal system of land registration,and based on the application demands for land registration,foundation of land legal registration and function of government and market,and foundation of supplementary system of land register are suggested in this paper.The related system functions demanded for the land register are comparatively analyzed.Referring to present situation and future development direction of land registration,the key issues including the land registration object cognition,foundation of the legal system of land registration,different functions of government and market in the land registration,structure of supplementary system of land register are discussed.Besides,other key structure of supplementary system of land registration issues waiting for urgent research and solution are presented,which include the cognition and understanding of making the land registration procedure institutionalization,to establish a system of advanced registration,to establish a system for inquiry right of land registration,to implement evidence collection by oneself,to establish the system of land registration agency,compensation for damages of land registration,training system of land register personnel,and system of announcement of the land register.
